Bay of islands

Paihia is a nice little place in a truly beautiful area.... Too bad the weather wasn't really good enough for a beachday. Mimi went for a speedboatride and I enjoyed a day without driving. It is quite touristy up here I have to say and therefore pricy - I couldn't believe the dive prices - but then again the weather was not for it either.

 

 

Paihia ist ein netter Ort am Meer ... leider war das Wetter so gar nicht nach Strand. Mimi ist Speedbootfahren gegangen und ich hab einen Tag ohne Autofahren genossen. Ich muss sagen es ist ganz schön touristisch hier oben was sich leider in den Preisen niederschlägt - ich konnte es kaum glauben was sie hier fürs Tauchen verlangen - aber das Wetter war ohnehin nicht gut genug.
